Administrative Assitant [United States]


 

Contract duration : 3 Months with possible extension

Job Description:

  • Must be Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for interacting with faculty and demonstrate attention to detail. Must know excel and word programs as well as Powerpoint.
  • Answer in-person, telephone and online inquiries.
  • Manage the Faculty Lounge and Staff Lounge Inventories and Supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for the Academic Operations team.
  • Make room reservations, set-up conference calls, and make parking reservations. Post events on webpage.
  • Create flyer if necessary.
  • Be able to draft business correspondence.
  • Coordinate and preparation for material distributions for committee and meetings
  • Arrange with vendors for services
  • Coordinate Travel arrangements for speakers
  • Assist with other daily Academic Operations responsibilities

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90089: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
