What you'll need

4+ years’ experience in workplace or facilities management;- 2+ years of experience hiring, leading and mentoring a team (ideally of more than 2 people);
- Leadership skills with the ability to develop and supervise a team of workplace professionals at all levels, and communicate with upper management;
- In-depth understanding of workplace and facility management, building and maintenance systems;
- Positive attitude & “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented;
- Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors;
- Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills;
- Multitasking talents and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal/written communication & presentation skills;
- Clean driver’s license and willingness to travel within the EMEA region as necessary;
- The responsibilities of this position may change over time - this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
The impact you'll make
- Oversee and manage leased office buildings, responsible for all aspects in and around the buildings, including but not limited to;
- Leads seven reports to a world class reference and drives high engagement and succession plans
- Guide and assist local facilities team with day-to-day operations. Making sure global standards are followed locally.
- Effectively analyze and prioritize issues, data, information and facility related events dealing with emergency and safety related problems and communicate clearly to stakeholders and chain-of –command.
- Lead in writing standards, specifications, and contracts for various trades, and evaluating multiple bid proposals for completeness and accuracy.
