The primary daily tasks for the Front Desk Assistant are:
- Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party.
- When answering calls, the Front Desk Assistant must take detailed, informative messages and give them to the appropriate person.
- The Front Desk Assistant has to complete many general office tasks, including faxing various documents to the insurance companies, Medi-cal and Medicare offices.
