Our client is the Japanese company, manufacturing of automotive part, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following:
Position: Process Improvement Manager
Salary: 60,000-70,000 (total package)
Location: WHA, Chonburi 2
Working Day: Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
- Understand well the production process and machines in order to improve production efficiency and reliability of machines.
- Motivate develop and coach the team to operational success.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record.
- Lead the team in new machine installation, machine design, improvement projects.
- Set up and control the engineering budget.
- Conduct risk assessments of machines, spare parts and tasks in the department.
- Conduct of process improvement task.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering field.
- Age during 38-43 years, background of Automotive part business
- Experience of TPS system would be preferred.
- Strong management experience
- Not job hobper (Not more than 4 companies).
- Good command of English communication.
