We are looking for a Operation Specialist to work with Finance & Operation team, responsible for processing, monitoring and settlement of loans/lease including performing retail activation, customer contract and documentation cycle management and continuous process improvement to ensure effective and centralized control of loan/lease operations activities.
This position requires high ethical standards, strong technical ability, team ethic, business acumen and thorough understanding of financial services.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer contract information in the contract management system (CMS) and ensure all contracts are properly set up in the contract management system with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Ensure timely, accurate and professional response and resolution to inquiries from customers.
- Responsible for coordination with Credit/Sales and Accounting to ensure appropriate reconciliation.
- Responsible for document verification, scanning, filing and management by monitoring in/out documents
- Dispatch confirmation letters to customers.
- Responsible for management and settlement of direct debit (KFTC) and virtual account

Perform Contract Modification and End of Term services including early termination and natural maturity.
Competence and qualifications:
- Minimum 2years’ working experience in financial services industry
- Experience in customer services (call center)
- Working experience at a captive financial company preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Customer Service and Quality focused, with proven process improvement skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office
