JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a super-regional field services management company that provides residential property inspections, field services, and property preservation for high-volume lenders, loan servicers, government agencies, GSEs, asset management, and other business clients. We have deep expertise in every aspect of pre-sale and REO inspections, property maintenance, repairs, eviction management, lien resolution, HOA fees, utilities management, VPR, and code enforcement. The company’s primary responsibilities are to secure, preserve, and maintain properties on behalf of clients and coordinate the company’s efforts with asset managers and brokers to facilitate a rapid sale and maximize value of clients’ real estate owned.

The position of Sourcing/Processing Specialist is a work from home, full time or part time hourly position.

POSITION

The Sourcing/Processing Specialist (“PS”) is responsible for the end-to-end property management and has ownership for each property assigned to them in accordance with the service delivery plan and all aspects of the service delivery associated with the contract. The PS is responsible for ensuring that all required work order tasks are completed on each property. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new contractors to meet the needs of our clients to maintain real estate owned (REO) properties within assigned territories. This includes locating potential new contractors through a variety of sourcing channels such as online posting, networking, calling, and referral follow up. This includes organizing and managing potential contractor contacts and incoming contractor applications as well as following-up with outstanding leads. The Sourcing/Processing Specialist will also ensure that contractor coverage needs are being met to fulfill all associated client requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure assigned properties are maintained in accordance with contractual requirements and timeframes

· Communicate with all team members to ensure all property needs/requirements are met within a timely manner

· Serve as back-up to Project Coordinator

· Issue appropriate and accurate payment to the Contractor for Job Tasks completed in accordance with terms of the Contractor Agreement and client requirements

· Provide support for any urgent Job Task related questions that the Contractor may have

· Implement solutions to locate new potential contractors

· Ensure all sourcing needs within the assigned area(s) are met in a timely manner

· Communicate with potential new Contractors and existing Contractor base through phone and email

· Follow through with Contractor in the recruitment process to ensure all required documentation is gathered

· Orientate Contractors regarding client expectations for quality and performance of services

· Meet all established performance metrics

· Ensure new contractors understand work requirements and expectations prior to fulfilling work orders

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· Prior experience in a customer service environment

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

· Proficient in the use of Outlook as an email, calendar, and task management tool

· Prior customer service or relationship management experience

· Understanding of proper phone etiquette principals

· Keyboarding at a documented minimum of 40 wpm

REQUIRED EDUCATION

· Minimum High School or GED graduate

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
