Position Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Studio Administrator to join the team, based in either Gatwick or York. You will join a supportive team who share the value of open communication to generate impact and return towards our common goals.

You'll support our in-house production studio in the operational side of content creation for our iconic brands. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly whilst being able to learn and observe the behind the scenes and creative techniques used by our graphic designers, animators, videographers and photographers as they work on some of the biggest and coolest ad campaigns in the food & drink industry. A day in the life of an Content Studio Administrator...
In this role, you will have the following main areas of responsibility:

  • Support our in-house content creation team with day-to-day administrative processes needed for the smooth operation of the team and timely delivery of projects
  • Trafficking: Receiving, saving, and correctly logging all new briefs and supporting documents coming into the team, ready for designers to pick up; updating the status of projects in our bespoke workflow tool
  • Uploading final approved artworks into our digital content repository along with appropriate usage rights documents and tags
  • Raising POs for our external partners and freelancers
  • Championing the use of content management tools
  • Liaising with other supporting functions both locally and above market to facilitate deployment of content created by the team across the UK and EMENA zone.

Types of projects you will be involved in:
  • Social, digital, OOH and other creative development for the full range of our brands from icons such as KitKat, Smarties, and Nescafe to new and exciting product launches.

What will make you successful
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an agile environment managing multiple projects at once. You will be an organised and attentive entry level administrator, looking to start a career in the world of creative content production with lots of avenues for growth in creative and managerial roles in our expanding team.

You will also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Be comfortable working in an international environment and able to connect with people from all backgrounds
  • Ability to quickly learn using new tools and systems
  • Strong client service mentality
