We are expanding our team of Customer Service Assistants in Milton Keynes (MK1 1FD). In this role, you will be working closely with customers. The team are all about offering excellent customer service.

This is a brand-new modern building with free parking or with bus routes nearby, there is also a roof terrace and canteen available.
You will provide excellent customer service, dealing with a high volume of calls, emails, and administration tasks, so no two days are ever the same and your time will fly.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours Monday to Friday, flexible between 8am to 5:30pm. Overtime is also available.

- Experience working in a fast-paced customer focused environment is essential.
- You must be able to multitask and prioritise your workload.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
