What You Will Achieve
Your financial skills will help in examining, verifying and analyzing business records and transactions concerning financial status and operating procedures based on standard, actual and historical costs. You will also analyze the costs of operations and perform traditional general accounting functions. You will review and analyze the Capital Spending for the site, and lead the Budget and Forecast process.
As a Manager, your breadth of knowledge on internal or external business challenges will help us improve our products, processes and services. Your will guide us to lead projects by meeting objectives and preparing forecasts for resource requirements. Your risk-taking ability will help us advance new concepts and methodologies. You will provide technical guidance and oversight to team members and help in problem solving.
How You Will Achieve It
Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities within the department typically involving cross-functional representatives.
Ability to analytically review and challenge financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy and adherence to policy.
Provide audit support to the Pfizer business units and ensure audit deliverables are provided timely and with a high-quality standard.
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, provide suggestions for process and system efficiencies and innovate solutions to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsible for maintenance of and adherence to Internal Controls.
Represent Record to Report in site meetings and other forums as required.
Act as a central point of contact for key stakeholders and effective change agent utilizing change management techniques.
Establish goals for direct reports and actively drive colleague engagement across the department.
Manage the execution of global statutory audits across stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Accounting or Engineering
5+ years ‘experience
SAP Knowledge
Strong knowledge of business processes supported by Enterprise Resource Planning capabilities for System Application and Products
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have
Master's degree
Relevant pharmaceutical experience
Strong accounting background with good people management expertise and preferably practical experience in system reporting and financial analytics
System Application & Products system experience
Knowledge of Inventory accounting, Pricing or Markup systems
Experience in a Big 4 or a multinational company
