Hyundai Greeter/Valet [United States]


 

Pay: $16/HR

As a Greeter, you’re one of the most important members at Norm Reeves Hyundai. You are responsible for creating a great service experience for our guests. You are the first point of contact for guests who pull up to the service drive act as a liaison between the Service, Sales and Parts department and responsible for directing the guest to one of our available Service Advisors, Parts Advisors or Sales Professionals. Your positivity and attention to detail are what keep our guests coming back time after time.

This is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager and motivated to begin a career in the automotive service or sales industry. Norm Reeves Hyundai believes in continuous education, promotes from within and is seeking those with a true passion for working at a dealership long term.

What You’ll Do:

    Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
  • Escort the client to the appropriate department/area
  • Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient hospitality services, with adequate knowledge of surrounding areas and providing other services as needed
  • Maintain service drive and lounge area
  • Other projects as assigned by Management

What You’ll Need:

  • Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles; manual transmission
  • People-oriented, outgoing, positive, friendly attitude
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of integrity and responsibility
  • Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude
