Come and work full-time as a Production Worker in the Etten-Leur area in a 3-shift schedule with the prospect of a permanent job. You earn a salary of up to €2550 gross per month excluding the 20% shift allowance.
The company where you will come to work packs medicines and is a business with a clean working environment where hygiene is of paramount importance. The organization continues to grow and is looking for someone who knows how to get things done! Each medicine has its own production line: you ensure the correct setting, so that production runs smoothly. In this industry, quality regulations, procedures and requirements are always to the highest standard, which is why double checking is an important part of your work.
As a Production Worker, you take care of the mechanical packaging of medicines and preparing them for transport. Products such as paracetamol, ibuprofen and antibiotics. You are responsible for replenishing the packaging materials, but also for checking the weight, color and any breakage. Keeping your work space clean is also essential.
As an Operator you will be trained and supervised by an internal trainer. You will work in a 3-shift schedule from Monday to Friday, which is as follows: in the early shift you will work from 06:00-14:15. The afternoon shift is from 14:00-22:15 and the night shift is from 22:00-06:15 Sunday to Thursday. You have a total of 45 minutes break per shift to have lunch and a nice chat with your colleagues.
Would you like to be trained internally as Operator on the packaging machine? That sounds fantastic right? Do you already have experience? Then this is definitely a plus. But even without experience you get the chance to learn the role of Operator. The most important thing is that you are interested in technology and that you want to learn everything about the machines.
