As a Program Manager you will focus on enabling our employees and leaders to reach their highest professional potential. Career & Talent development will be your primary focus. You identify current and future development needs, in relation to our growth ambitions. You will (co-)design, implement and monitor and evaluate Career development and Talent programs.

For 32-40 hours per week, you:

  • Support & drive career & talent development programs globally: You give insights in careerpaths and guidance in how to get there and develop engaging and inspiring programs to retain, develop and upskill different talent groups.
  • Translate the needs and vision on talent & career development into innovative development programs & solutions.
  • Implement & facilitate development programs and coordinate project deliverables,
  • Work closely together with the HR Business Partners and various stakeholders for which you design

    .

  • Partner with external suppliers about the design and delivery of programs and solutions.
  • Come with improvements, suggestions and advise based on feedback, data, dashboarding and analyses.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and dare to come with unconventional and innovative solutions. On top of this, you have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years work experience within the field of People Development
  • Experience in co-designing and implementing global learning programs
  • A masters degree, preferably in International Business, Organisational Psychology or HRM
  • An international focus, including fluency in the English & Dutch language.
  • Residency in the Netherlands
  • You are an ambassador of the Rituals cultural values and use this in your daily work while remaining your true authentic self
