As a Program Manager you will focus on enabling our employees and leaders to reach their highest professional potential. Career & Talent development will be your primary focus. You identify current and future development needs, in relation to our growth ambitions. You will (co-)design, implement and monitor and evaluate Career development and Talent programs.

For 32-40 hours per week, you:
- Support & drive career & talent development programs globally: You give insights in careerpaths and guidance in how to get there and develop engaging and inspiring programs to retain, develop and upskill different talent groups.
- Translate the needs and vision on talent & career development into innovative development programs & solutions.
- Implement & facilitate development programs and coordinate project deliverables,
- Work closely together with the HR Business Partners and various stakeholders for which you design
.
- Partner with external suppliers about the design and delivery of programs and solutions.
- Come with improvements, suggestions and advise based on feedback, data, dashboarding and analyses.

- A minimum of 3+ years work experience within the field of People Development
- Experience in co-designing and implementing global learning programs
- A masters degree, preferably in International Business, Organisational Psychology or HRM
- An international focus, including fluency in the English & Dutch language.
- Residency in the Netherlands
- You are an ambassador of the Rituals cultural values and use this in your daily work while remaining your true authentic self
