We are seeking a person to join our new autoimmunity diagnostics marketing team, with the mission to drive the success of the autoimmunity business within Europe. You will develop, together with other teams, the regional strategy and tactics to achieve revenue and growth goals in this regulated healthcare space. Your work will involve the development and delivery of engaging content and programs for our laboratory customers as well as healthcare providers, clinical network policy makers and patients. You will also lead all aspects of sales training and creation of digital campaign and sales materials.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

We are looking for someone who excels in partnership, teamwork and solving problems with a diverse set of minds. You will be highly knowledgeable in the area of autoimmunity diagnostics, healthcare and IVD and familiar with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements across Europe. We need someone who enjoys communicating at small and large scale and developing others in their learning journeys. A major part of the role will include communicating, listening and giving input into virtual, hybrid or in person meetings, congresses and other events with key customers in medical fields, so strong oral and written communication skills are vital.

Your Education and Experience

Our team holds a mix of PhD scientists, business and marketing school graduates and superb project managers. In this role, we would be looking for:

  • Higher degree in life science subject with specialization in immunology
  • experience in commercial roles preferred
  • Experience in working CEIVD, IVDR and Med-tech Code compliance
  • Proficient written/spoken English + 1 other European language (French/Spanish/Italian/German preferred)
