The Low-Code Traineeship offers a unique opportunity to learn and work in a dynamic and innovative low-code development environment. Throughout the program, trainees will get a contract at one of our partnering companies, and participate in real-world practical projects to gain hands-on experience while receiving extensive training in low coding. Personal development is an integral part of the traineeship, with regular workshops on soft skills and individual coaching sessions to enhance trainees' professional growth.
You can expect a mix of on-the-job training, where they will work on real-world projects using low-code platforms, and classroom learning sessions to hone their technical skills and personal abilities. Participants will also have the chance to interact and learn from other trainees and professionals in the low-code community.
Who are you?
- A bachelor or master degree
- Strong interest in low-code/no-code development
- Basic understanding of programming concepts
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
- No more than 2 years of professional experience in a tech role
