About the Role
- The position will provide administrative duties and support to Maintenance team of five along with supporting the Regional Maintenance Team.
- You will be responsible for the management of data and documentation associated with our preventative and corrective maintenance program.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- We are looking for a person who will fit the team, will show initiative, be motivated along with being able to have a laugh and enjoy themselves.
Key responsibilities of this job include:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls to the maintenance team
- Provide timely and accurate information to queries.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on service delivery.
- Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable criteria:
- Experience using Asset Plus or a preventive maintenance software.
- Experience working within a maintenance department, both hard and soft services
- Experience working in a health care facility.
- Knowledge and understanding of trades and services.
