Parfois is a global women’s fashion accessories brand striving to be the best and most irresistible fashion accessories brand in the market. An exciting opportunity has come up in our busy Parfois Blanchardstown Shopping Centre store. We are currently looking for an Assistant Store manager who is talented, passionate and committed to working with the Store Manager in developing a team and driving sales.
About the role:
This is a full-time, permanent role, working up to 39 hours a week Monday-Sunday. The Assistant store Manager supports the Manager and is partly responsible for the stores overall success.
Day to day, the job will entail supporting the manager and team through motivating and coaching staff members to achieve store targets. Providing a great Parfois customer experience and maximising on opportunities in store as well as remerchandising. You will be expected to have a strong floor presence, driving strategy and striving to get results for the store, so enjoying this environment is vital.
The ideal candidate will:
- Detail oriented and highly organised.
- Proven experience in sales and meeting targets in store.
- An understanding in maximising sales, opportunities and performance
- Strong knowledge and understanding of KPI's
- Strong communication skills, in order to establish and coach team members.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for fashion and retail.
- Pro-active, results driven.
- Works well under pressure.

Salary: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
