MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop brand plans for brands of responsibility.
  • Develop, agree (with immediate superior), prepare (with the assistance of ABM) and deliver briefs to agency according to objectives and strategy agreed in annual marketing plans for brands in responsibility. Manage monthly plan after the approval of immediate superior, to the highest standards according to agreed objectives.
  • Manage the preparation and issuing of consumer promotion (on and off-trade) briefs to agency. Recommend to immediate superior the appropriate plan for each activity and manage the implementation ensuring qualitative and quantitative targets achievement.
  • Work closely with sales, trade marketing and other departments both formally and informally to ensure they understand and are committed to brand objectives and that promotional and other marketing activities are proper and effective to achieve budgeted volume.
  • In co-operation with sales and trade marketing departments, monitor trade and tailor made activities for responsible brands and ensure commitment within the sales team.
  • Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects with the Supervisor.
  • Control all aspects of brand(s) absolute and relative performance (volume, share, profit, distribution, pricing, product, image, promotion) historically and vs competition and propose corrective actions where necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Manage A&P investment for the brand(s) of responsibility and report regularly to immediate superior. Monitor relative brand pricing
  • Work closely with purchasing, trade marketing and ONTBD for POS production and supply
  • Develop, manage, coach subordinates (ABM if exist) update/assist superiors, evaluate self-performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: University degree
Total job experience: Minimum 4 years
Job related experience : 3-4 years (ideally with a marketing-oriented FMCG/fashion/luxury sector companies )
Foreign Language : A very good level of English is a must
Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows Programs, Computer literate, Nielsen software knowledge is a plus

  • Keeps up with the “trends”, likes night-life.
  • Excellent written and oral skills are essential.

  • Ability to travel domestic and abroad.
