Job description
- Reporting to the Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
- Organize meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for easy reference & retrieval and safekeeping of important documents and listings.
- Managing social media accounts on a daily basis such as Facebook, Instagram and team website.
- To undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties assigned by the Director.
Job requirement
- Posses at least a SPM.
- Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
