Personal Assistant (PA) [Malaysia]


 

Job description

  • Reporting to the Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
  • Organize meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for easy reference & retrieval and safekeeping of important documents and listings.
  • Managing social media accounts on a daily basis such as Facebook, Instagram and team website.
  • To undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties assigned by the Director.

Job requirement

  • Posses at least a SPM.
  • Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
