- Must have at least 1-year of working experience as a warehouseman in construction.
- Preferably with a Driver's License.
- Knowledge in report writing.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Records entry and exit of construction materials.
- Oversees equipment and maintenance
- Oversees deliveries and materials
- Material controller experienced
- Procures timely, materials and supplies in accordance with purchase requisitions from the warehousing unit and as per purchasing policies and procedures.
- Prepares material status reports daily and weekly.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel / Word and Google Chat or email.
- School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Must be customer-oriented, motivated, and hardworking.
- Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy
- Applicants must be willing to work at project sites and willing to stay-in
- Knowledgeable in Construction warehousing is an advantage.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to start as soon as possible
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills

- Can work under pressure in meeting deadlines with less supervision
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by top management from time to time.
