We are seeking an assistant to help with the photo and video booth for a dance competition at the Teatre-Auditori Sant Cugat. This is not a photographer or videographer role, instead, we are looking for a general event assistant to support our team, such as translation (Spanish to English, English to Spanish), help customers with photo and video orders, and help the team with errands and meal orders. Must be familiar with the surrounding area near the theater and commute locally.
Retail experience and a background in dance are a plus. We are looking for someone friendly, who will enjoy a dance competition environment. Our photo and video booth consists of tables and chairs, so you can sit throughout the event. Please note that dance competitions are usually full-day events, so the hours will be long.

*Lunch is provided and there will be breaks and intermissions. Hours subject to change depending on dance competition organizer
Compensation: 200 to 275 euros / day, 1300 euros for all 5 days
Payment: Payment in cash on the last day of the event
You will have meal breaks and short breaks.
Lunch is included and we order team lunch at the event.
Tasks:
- Assist customers with photo previews
- Direct customers to QR code for the online order page
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help select ballet/dance images for sample slideshow (if you have dance experience)
- Help run errands for the team
Qualifications:
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Apple devices and tech-savvy
Ballet/Dance background or appreciation for dance is a plus
Other requirements:
Candidates should have WhatsApp (at least for 4 days during the event) because the team uses WhatsApp to communicate in group chat during the event.
