As the Lead (Head) of ERP, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and maintenance of SAP and various tools within the ERP domain. The SAP implementation is a critical company-wide project aimed at enhancing our accounting, billing, invoicing, and finance-related processes.
Our primary focus is on simplifying and streamlining finance processes as we migrate from Navision ERP Systems to SAP. Working closely with the finance department, you will be instrumental in driving the successful integration of the new ERP systems while fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation across multiple teams.

YOU WILL DO:
- Take ownership of the SAP implementation, overseeing its functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to identify and enhance the SAP tech stack, ensuring it remains aligned with current trends.
- Ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems by actively monitoring and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Provide technical guidance for other tools in ERP area such as Coupa, Concur and potentially other which will contribute into overall ERP user experience.
- Possess deep understanding and expertise in specific SAP modules, including (but not limited to):
- SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO)
- SAP Material Management (MM)
- Possess deep understanding and expertise in specific SAP technologies, including (but not limited to):
- SAP HANA
- SAP Fiori
- SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Convergent Mediation/Charging/Invoicing...
- Establish a centre of excellence for the SAP and ERP domain, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and governance to the SAP engineering team, ensuring a high standard of technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Lead the ERP team, including hiring, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Drive cross-departmental cooperation, closely collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain a hands-on approach and pay meticulous attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into specific deliverables.
- Plan and manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and task assignments to ensure efficient utilization of team members' skills and expertise.
