Job Description

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives that promote organizational growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to establish the revenue team budget, forecasting revenue targets for the revenue team.


Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Organizational Culture

  • Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture based on shared values, trust, and collaboration. Encourage innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within teams and departments.


Sales Execution

  • Collaborate with RevOps to improve sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
