Admin Manager
Responsibilities
Handle day to day operations of the admin duties.
Apply for required government certificates and applications
Assist accounts department with checking of invoices.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
Perform basic HR duties such as maintaining of HR records, organise team building
Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Supports Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee all aspects of HRM functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and payroll.
Formulate and implement HR programmes and Assist with employee time tracking system including ensuring up-to-date employee schedules are entered into the system, making approved punch in/out corrections, reminding employees to complete time
Requirements
At least 5 years or more working experience in Administrative work
Familiar with Work Pass application ( WP, SP & EP for Construction)
Able to process the full cycle of monthly payroll, both mid-month and end-month
Generate salary reports and other general admin reports
