Bartender
Terra Bruce Productions is seeking passionate, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as bartenders in The Majestic Theatres new cafe and lounge, Theatre Hill.
Hours of Work: Flexible - evenings and weekends required
Reports to: Lead Bartender/Food and Beverage Manager
Wage: $15/hour plus gratuities

340 seat performance space along with Theatre Hill, a 88 person capacity Bar and Cafe.
About The Role
The Bartender works directly with customers by mixing and serving cocktails and other alcohol and non-alcohol drinks.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible service of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to customers
Create new and enticing cocktails highlighting seasonal local ingredients
Accept payment from customers
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Present bar/cafe menu to customers and take drink or food orders
Offer support, if necessary, to cafe staff during busy times
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Help maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge

Some wine and beer knowledge
Familiar with restaurant/bar POS systems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Serve Responsible NL certificate
