Lead Bartender
Terra Bruce Productions is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic individual to join our team as Lead Bartender in The Majestic Theatre.
Hours of Work: Flexible - evenings and weekends required
Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Relationships: Operations Manager, Company Manager, Food and
Beverage Manager, Bar and Cafe employees, Box Office and Theatre staff
Wage: $20/hour 20 hours/week minimum

You will be working in one of St. John’s most historic buildings, The
Majestic Theatre, which will house a 300 seat performance space along with Theatre Hill, a 88 person capacity bar and cafe.
About the Role
The Lead Bartender would be responsible for the oversight of a 88 person capacity bar as well as a satellite bar in the theatre space that would service performance patrons.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hire and train bar staff Scheduling staff
Daily cash reconciliations Inventory
Creating drink specials
Reconciling gratuities
Maintaining budgets
Oversee planning for special events
Use of POS technology and bar/restaurant management platforms
