HR Officer
- perform the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Develop programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensure employees have correct pay and benefits
- Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Promote equality, health and safety within the company
- Ensure that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advise executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
REQUIREMENT:
- First Degree in Business Administration, Industrial relations Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field
- Professional membership of CIPMN, CIPD is an added advantage
- At least 2-4 years relevant experience in general HR practice in a structured organisation.
- Full Knowledge and grasp of core Human Resources competencies.
- Proven Leadership skill and capacity.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel, Power point
Salary: 120k-150k monthly proximity to Abule Egba is preferable

Salary: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
