HR Officer

  • perform the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Develop programmes that enhance employee relations
  • Ensure employees have correct pay and benefits
  • Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
  • Promote equality, health and safety within the company
  • Ensure that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
  • Advise executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law

REQUIREMENT:

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Industrial relations Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field
  • Professional membership of CIPMN, CIPD is an added advantage
  • At least 2-4 years relevant experience in general HR practice in a structured organisation.
  • Full Knowledge and grasp of core Human Resources competencies.
  • Proven Leadership skill and capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel, Power point

Salary: 120k-150k monthly proximity to Abule Egba is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Undergraduate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Officer: 2 years (Preferred)
