:
Generate and distribute invoices to clients based on contractual terms and service agreements.
Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with clients to address billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized records of billing activities, invoices, and related documentation.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Work proficiently with systems used for invoicing generation.
Collaborate with other finance members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with Customer service to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in billing and invoicing.
Key Skills:
Fluent in English (+ other language an advantage)
Ability to analyze complex billing data, identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in invoice generation and reconciliation.
Competence in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
Flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs and process improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and management.
Understanding of financial concepts related to billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to optimize billing processes.
