The Role:

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
  • Handle Guest concerns promptly, communicating with others where necessary
  • Actively participate in the daily briefing and department meetings
  • Ensure that all Team Members follow set policies and procedures, ensuring rooms are completed in a timely manner
  • Participate in and actively support the on-going training of staff.
  • To maintain working relationships with the clients and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure all Team members comply with Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Standards.
  • Complete all additional tasks and projects as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the qualified position from 4 or 5-star hotel
  • A leader who drives team motivation and manages performance
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Polished presentation, high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Experience working in properties with apartments is desirable
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Understanding of safe work practices and efficient housekeeping procedures
  • Passionate about providing fantastic guest experiences
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and possess a positive attitude
