Job Description

  • Answering calls of clients
  • Attending to clients requirements/concerns
  • Coordinating with sales and marketing and Sale officer
  • Preparing and filing of documents
  • Social media monitoring
  • Preparing quotation
  • Updating Clients database

Qualification

  • Must be a graduate of any business related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Must have basic to intermediate MS office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Knowledge in office management systems and procedures
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instruction, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.

Can start immediately.
