Driving globalization and productivity improvement in shared service organizations

  • You focus on the strategic content of Freight Service in the Business Line Logistic Service and ensure regular coordination with the strategy officer
  • Based on the strategy, you develop new services in the Freight area together with Operations or further develop existing services so that they stay "state of the kind”
  • You are responsible for the product (service) lifecycle management, the pricing model of the freight service and the definition of the resulting business volume indicators
  • You accompany the go-to -market strategy of our new service and ensure the correct implementation based on the defined portfolio of the Freight Service
  • You drive the global harmonization and standardization of the freight service within the logistic service
  • You implement global e2e processes across functions and regions based on customer demand together with the operations of the different international delivery center
  • You develop specific service roadmaps for our products / services on the way from an individual project to a scalable product / service
  • Together with our customers, you agree on the key performance indicators for each service and ensure that they are implemented accordingly
  • In the internal organization you act as a coordinator between Sales - Operational Excellence and Operations
Your profile for "Making the future possible".
  • The basis for your success is a completed degree, preferably with a technical and economic orientation as an engineer/industrial engineer/business data professional specialist with the focus on logistics and supply chain management
  • In addition, you have many years of professional experience in supply chain management (logistics and purchasing) or in the freight service environment
  • During your professional career, you have been able to acquire extensive experience in the design and implementation of logistics processes, especially in the Freight Service environment
  • You are experienced in disciplinary personnel management, the use of New Work approaches and the active implementation of change management processes in a global environment
  • You also rely on cooperation with internal and external logistics partners to ensure cost-effective service delivery
  • You are trained in methods for process analysis and optimization such as Lean, Six Sigma and have proven this numerous times in your professional life
  • You see change as a challenge and accept it positively
  • You have an assertive personality with an self-dependent, practical way of working and have distinctive communication and conflict management skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
