Job Description
- Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's operational processes
- Developing and implementing growth strategies for the organization
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Maximizing motivation for all employees, including senior management, by offering mentoring and coaching
- Creating and overseeing all operational budgets to ensure that the company has the resources it needs to meet its objectives within the set financial parameters and maintain the company's financial strength
- Giving the operational team the leadership and resources they need to successfully carry out operations initiatives
- Working with HR to ensure that the organization has effective recruitment and retention policies and processes
- Monitoring operations on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with the required standards and recommending changes as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience in senior management roles in the Fintech/FS/Banking industry.
- Experience with start-up environment
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong experience in Operation/Strategy/High-level Consultancy.
