Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in Administration and Facility Management.

  • Maintaining office facility.
  • Coordinate with vendors.
  • Developing new vendors and negotiation with vendors.
  • Handling Transport services.
  • Handling Accounts/ Invoice / follow-up.
  • Preparation of vouchers
  • Giving information about products to customer.
  • Responsible for Travel arrangement
  • Organize group meetings and events.
  • Booking rooms and conference facilities.
  • Female candidates preffered
